We are hiring for Voice Support professionals to join our team on a permanent basis with Tech Mahindra. We are looking for candidates with robust communication skills who are comfortable working in rotational shifts.

- Experience: 0 to 3 Years
- Work Location: Hyderabad
- Work Mode: Work From Office (5 Days a week)
- Shift Timings: Rotational Shifts with Rotational Week Offs
- Education Qualification: Any regular degree (Intermediate, Diploma, or any bachelors degree is acceptable)
- Career Gap : Till 2 years is acceptable but not more than that.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience or strong aptitude in Voice Support.
- Mandatory Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Hindi.
Interview Process
- Total Rounds: 4 Rounds
- Rounds 1 & 2: Virtual interview applicable for those who are from outside of Hyderabad willing to relocate.
- Rounds 3 & 4: Face-to-Face (F2F) interview (Mandatory).
