Role & responsibilities
* Shape the creative and editorial direction across video formats
* Turn academic, research and business content into engaging visual stories
* Lead editors, designers, animators and sound professionals
* Manage stakeholder feedback, resources, quality and delivery timelines
* Improve workflows and explore responsible AI-assisted creative tools
Preferred candidate profile
* 10+ years of relevant experience, including leadership of a multidisciplinary post-production or creative team
* Advanced Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects expertise
* Strong familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator and DaVinci Resolve
* Solid judgement across narrative editing, design, animation, sound and colour
* A strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating narrative editing, motion graphics and creative judgement
