Role & Responsibilities

- Drive sales and order booking activities for the assigned territory in line with defined business targets.
- Generate current enquiries and develop business opportunities across identified industrial segments.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, consultants, EPC contractors and OEMs to strengthen the sales pipeline.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams for preparation and submission of techno-commercial proposals.
- Review customer specifications, evaluate tenders and identify key technical and commercial requirements.
- Conduct customer meetings, product presentations and techno-commercial discussions to progress enquiries towards order closure.
- Follow up on submitted offers, negotiate commercial terms and support successful order conversion.
- Track enquiry status, proposal submissions, order pipeline and sales performance through periodic reporting.




- Monitor customer requirements and competitor offerings to identify potential business leads.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of secured orders and follow-up on payment collection.

Critical Competencies for the Job

- Experience in Air Pollution Control or capital equipment sales, preferably in industries such as Steel, Cement, Power, Solar or Chemicals.
- Understanding of industrial project sales, tendering, techno-commercial proposal preparation and order conversion.
- Ability to identify sales leads, generate enquiries and develop customer relationships.
- Good negotiation, presentation and customer engagement skills.
- Working knowledge of technical specifications, commercial terms and contract documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong follow-up, planning and execution capabilities.
- Proactive, customer-focused and results-oriented approach with a strong sense of owners
