- Handle and manage customer accounts with an outstanding POS (Principal Outstanding) up to 5 lakh.
- Coordinate daily with customers to follow up on overdue accounts and convert them into settlements.
- Achieve assigned recovery targets and ensure a minimum 2% Rate of Recovery (ROR) against the target.
- Maintain regular communication with internal teams and ensure proper documentation and follow-up of recovery cases.
- Travel frequently within the allocated locations to meet customers, conduct field visits, and support recovery activities.
- Monitor cases under legal and recovery processes and ensure timely resolution.
Preferred candidate profile Knowledge in Civil & Criminal laws in relation financial aspects recovery, fraud, Arbitration including on Corporate laws - Good to have but not mandatory.
Very Good in Excel, PPT & Data Analysis
