Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Manager with 7+ years of experience in retail operations, preferably within the fashion, apparel, or lifestyle industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing multiple stores across the assigned region, driving sales and business performance, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering a consistent customer experience.

The role involves leading and developing Store Managers and their teams, monitoring key business metrics, ensuring adherence to operational standards, and identifying opportunities to improve store productivity and profitability. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in multi-store operations, sales planning, team management, inventory control, visual merchandising, and stakeholder management, along with the ability to drive business growth across the assigned area.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Sales & Business Performance: Drive sales, revenue, profitability, and achievement of store-level targets across the assigned area. • Store Operations: Monitor daily store operations, ensuring adherence to company SOPs, operational processes,



and service standards. •
- Team Management: Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and their teams to improve productivity and achieve business goals. • KPI & Performance Monitoring: Track key retail metrics such as sales per square foot, conversion rate, average transaction value (ATV), units per transaction (UPT), and customer footfall.
- • Customer Experience: Ensure high standards of customer service and address customer escalations effectively. • Inventory Management: Monitor stock availability, inventory accuracy, stock transfers, replenishment, and loss prevention
- . • Visual Merchandising: Ensure stores adhere to brand guidelines, product display standards, and visual merchandising norms. • Compliance & Audits: Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure compliance with operational, hygiene, cash-handling, and company policies. • Business Reviews & Reporting: Analyse store performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective action plans to improve business results.
