Qualification: B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture)

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop architectural designs, concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
2. Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D visualizations.
3. Handle project planning, design development, and execution coordination.
4. Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, contractors, and project managers.
5. Ensure designs comply with building codes, local regulations, and statutory requirements.
6. Review architectural drawings and ensure accuracy before execution.
7. Conduct site visits and monitor project progress to ensure design specifications are followed.
8. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and design modifications.
9. Guide and supervise junior architects and design team members.
10. Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and present design proposals.
11. Ensure efficient space planning, functionality, aesthetics, and cost optimization.
12. Handle municipal approvals, liaisoning,



and documentation wherever required.

Relevant Skills & Competencies
- Excellent knowledge of architectural design and space planning.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, and Lumion.
- Solid understanding of building materials and construction techniques.
- Knowledge of structural drawings and MEP coordination.
- Expertise in 2D drafting and 3D modelling.
- Knowledge of building bylaws, development control regulations, and approval processes.
- Strong project management and coordination skills.
- Excellent client communication and presentation skills.
- Team leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and creative design approach.

Key Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- 510 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project execution.
- Experience handling projects independently from concept to completion.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with different stakeholders.
- Strong portfolio showcasing completed architectural projects.
