ARCHITECT – CONSTRUCTION & PROJECT DEVELOPMENT

We are looking for a talented, creative, and technically skilled Architect to join our team, with a primary focus on architectural planning, construction design, project development, and on-site execution of our company's construction and infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of architectural design, construction methodologies, technical drawings, and project coordination. We are seeking a professional who can transform project requirements into practical, innovative, and aesthetically appealing designs while ensuring their effective implementation at the construction site.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural concepts, designs, layouts, and detailed plans for the company's construction and infrastructure projects.
- Prepare architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, 3D models, and technical documentation.
- Handle construction planning, design development, and project execution in coordination with the concerned teams.
- Conduct regular site visits and supervise construction activities to ensure work is carried out according to approved architectural designs and specifications.
- Coordinate with civil engineers, contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders for smooth project execution.
- Provide technical guidance and resolve design-related issues arising during construction.
- Ensure proper space planning, material selection, structural coordination,



and overall design feasibility.
- Monitor project progress and maintain quality standards throughout the construction process.
- Identify opportunities to improve construction efficiency, functionality, and design quality.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognised institution.
- Minimum 2 years of proven professional experience in the architectural field.
- Practical knowledge of construction planning, site supervision, and project execution.
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other relevant design tools.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, building practices, technical drawings, and architectural standards.
- Excellent communication, coordination, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Employment Details Position: Architect – Construction & Project Development

Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Qualification: B.Arch

Salary Package: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on experience and expertise).

Additional Benefits: Other applicable allowances and performance-based incentives.

Work Mode: Full-time, In office (Remote work not available).

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
