Architect

Job Summary

Responsible for coordinating architectural design activities with consultants, internal teams, lisoning, marketing and project stakeholders, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant design delivery from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

-Coordinate Architectural, Structural, MEPF, Landscape, Interior, and other consultants.

-Prepare GFC and review plans, elevations, sections, detailed drawings, working drawings, and architectural details.

-Review drawings, technical documents, specifications, and consultant deliverables.

-Monitor design progress and ensure timely submissions as per project schedules.

-Identify and resolve design conflicts and technical issues.

-Ensure compliance with building codes, statutory requirements, and project standards.





-Conduct design coordination meetings and track decisions and action items.

-Coordinate design revisions based on client feedback, site conditions, and execution requirements.

-Review shop drawings, material submissions, mock-ups, and technical details.

-Support BOQ, tender documentation, and technical evaluations.

-Provide design clarifications and technical support to site execution teams.

-Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, approvals, and project correspondence.

-Ensure quality and coordination standards throughout the design and execution process.

Pay: From ₹45,000.00 per month
