We are looking for an Architect to work on a wide range of architectural projects. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work on various building typologies, including institutional, office, and residential projects.

Responsibilities

- Produce concept, schematic, tender, and detailed drawings in accordance with HCP’s design philosophy and standards.

- Coordinate with internal teams within the office.

- Collaborate and communicate with consultants, experts, and advisors to incorporate their inputs while maintaining the design intent.

- Participate in site visits to understand site conditions, review project progress, and ensure adherence to the design.

- Prepare presentations and reports to effectively communicate design ideas.

- Ensure compliance with building regulations and applicable norms during the design process.





- Determine project timelines and adhere to them.

Education

- Mandatory: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture

Experience

- Years: 0 to 3 years

- Industry: Architecture

Skills (Mandatory)

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, and MS Office.

- Good graphical and presentation skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

- Valuable communication skills with proficiency in English.

Skills (Preferred)

- Knowledge of ArchiCAD.

- Understanding of building codes and regulatory standards.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
