Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural designs, GFC drawings, structural design, BOQ preparation, MEP design, civil design, commercial projects, estimation & budgeting, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Staad Pro.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time.
- Develop detailed layouts for residential and commercial properties.
- Provide accurate cost estimates and manage budgets effectively.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-5 years of experience in architecture or related field (B.Arch degree required).
- Proficiency in Autocad, Sketchup, Staad Pro software applications.
- Solid understanding of building codes and zoning regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work independently or as part of a team.
