Key Responsibilities
*Should work closely with the Senior Architect to prepare Architectural Drawings for execution at site.
*Must be able to understand and coordinate Structural, MEP, Interior and Landscape consultants Drawings.
*Must be able to understand customer request. check feasibility study and modify the standard layouts accordingly.
*Knowledge of byelaws
*Preparing Area Calculation statements as required by the Senior Architect
*Visiting Sites to check the Compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture Experience in architectural design on Large-scale Residential projects.
