Role Description The Apprentice Executive Engineer is a full-time, on-site position based in Navi Mumbai. The role involves assisting senior engineers with planning, designing, and overseeing real estate and hospitality projects, including coordination with architects, contractors, and vendors. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing technical drawings, monitoring project progress, conducting site inspections, and supporting quality, safety, and compliance standards.

The apprentice will help prepare technical reports, maintain project documentation, and contribute to cost estimates and resource planning.



The position is designed to provide structured learning and exposure to end-to-end project execution, enabling growth into independent engineering responsibilities.

Qualifications

- Robust foundation in civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering principles relevant to construction and building services.

- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project plans.

- Basic knowledge of project management practices, including scheduling, resource coordination, and documentation.

- Familiarity with common engineering tools and software; exposure to CAD or similar design tools is an advantage.

- Attention to detail with a focus on quality, safety, and regulatory compliance in site and project activities.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.

- Capacity to learn quickly, take initiative, and work under guidance in a fast-paced project environment.

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical or related field) from an accredited institution.

- Interest in real estate and hospitality projects and willingness to work on-site in Navi Mumbai.
