Experience: 2+ Years
What we're looking for:
2+ years of experience in Payroll / HR Shared Services supporting India, Australia, Singapore & APAC.
Hands-on experience in End-to-End Payroll with third-party vendors like ADP.
Robust knowledge of APAC Compliance - Superannuation (Australia), CPF (Singapore), Tax & Year-End Activities.
Experience with Workday HCM and Case Management Tools.
Ability to manage employee queries, knowledge base, and handle confidential data with empathy.
AI-first mindset with strong communication and organizational skills.
