Role & responsibilities

- Prepare, verify, and process Running Account (RA) Bills for MEP works through SAP in accordance with contract terms and executed quantities.
- Ensure accurate measurement verification and supporting documentation prior to SAP entry and submission.
- Coordinate with project, planning, and accounts teams for timely approval and certification of RA bills.
- Maintain proper records of billing transactions, supporting documents, and SAP-generated reports.
- Preparation of periodic billing and revenue reports for management review.
- Maintaining the audit requirements of ISO- QMS.External
- Preparation of quantity variations / Non Tender Items.
- Preparation/review of rate analysis for the non-tendered item .
- Initial Budget preparation
- Quantity take off, BOQ validation, Review contract documents, technical specifications, and commercial terms.
- Preparation of Budget tracking & cost Monitoring reports.
- Attend site meetings.
- Other responsibilities assigned by your reporting manager.
- Reconciliation for the client supplied materials
- Final bills closures.
