Job Description:
We are looking to hire a resource to monitor IT infrastructure using the SolarWinds tool. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the system uptime, responding to alerts, and assisting in identifying performance or availability issues across servers, networks, and applications.
Also, we are looking a Front-End Developer to build responsive, user-friendly web interfaces. The ideal candidate should be skilled in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and contemporary frameworks like React or Angular.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitoring
• Monitor infrastructure systems using SolarWinds.
• Respond to alerts and escalate issues as needed.
• Ensure timely detection and reporting of system and network issues.
• Add and configure new devices into the SolarWinds platform.
• Maintain and update monitoring dashboards and reports.
• Onboard new devices or services into the monitoring system.
• Participate in incident response and post-incident reviews when required.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and monitoring procedures.
• Perform basic root cause analysis for recurring alerts or system problems.
Front End Developer:




• Developing and implementing highly responsive user interface components using react concepts.
• Writing application interface codes using JavaScript following react.js workflows.
• Developing Connection strings with MSSQL or MySQL or MongoDB (any one) to create responsive user interface.
• Troubleshooting interface software and debugging application codes.
• Developing and implementing front-end architecture to support user interface concepts.
• Monitoring and improving front-end performance.

Requirements:
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, applications).
• Hands-on experience with SolarWinds monitoring tools.
• Ability to analyze alerts and logs to identify potential issues.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts (24*7).
• Working knowledge of reactjs or AngularJS.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages.
• Knowledge of REACT tools.
