Roles and Responsibilities :
- Ensure compliance with industrial safety regulations and standards in the automobile industry.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain effective safety policies, procedures, and training programs for employees.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) practices into business operations.
Job Requirements :
- 3-6 years of experience in electrical safety, industrial safety, or a related field.
- Robust knowledge of EHS regulations and best practices in the automobile industry.
- Proficiency in conducting risk assessments, developing emergency response plans, and implementing control measures.
- Experience with safety officer activities such as incident investigation, reporting, and record-keeping.
