Responsibilities
- Lead generation: Identify nursing homes, multi-specialty hospitals, and clinics in your territory and build a steady pipeline through field visits, referrals, medical associations, CMEs, and local networks.
- Lead validation: Qualify prospects on bed count, decision-makers, current documentation practices, budget, and readiness for digital adoption. Keep the CRM/tracker up to date.
- Product demos: Run in-person PurpleIPD demos for hospital owners, doctors, nursing heads, and administrators, tailored to their workflows and pain points.
- Follow-up and closure: Follow up consistently, handle objections, and work with the internal team on proposals and pricing.
- Market feedback: Share insights on competitors, customer needs, and feature requests.
- Targets: Meet monthly targets for visits, qualified leads, and demos.
