Roles and Responsibilities :
- Perform breakdown maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of boilers, chillers, and other utility equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, inspecting, and replacing parts to prevent equipment failures.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement in utility operations and implement changes to increase efficiency.
- Monitor SCADA systems to detect anomalies and take corrective action to minimize downtime.
Job Requirements :
- 3-7 years of experience in maintenance & utility engineering or related field.
- Solid knowledge of PLC programming (e.g., Allen-Bradley) and ability to work with SCADA systems.
- Experience with breakdown maintenance procedures for industrial equipment like boilers, chillers, etc.
