Role: Technical Jr Support Engineer

We are looking for a talented CATIA V5/ENOVIA V5 OR 3DEXPERIENCE Jr. support engineer to join our engineering team.

Experience: Range 1 to 2+ years

Responsibilities

- We are looking for a Jr. Technical Support Engineer to provide technical support, troubleshooting, administration, and user assistance for CAD, Product Data Management and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) applications. The role involves working closely with engineering, design, manufacturing, and IT teams to ensure smooth operation of CAD/vPDM/PLM systems and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Provide hands on first line application support for PLM and CAD systems used by engineering and manufacturing teams, owning incidents, requests, and problems through to resolution
- Ability to follow SOPs accurately
- Diagnose application issues and escalate effectively to central application SMEs, tracking progress through to closure.
- Provide L0/L1 technical support for CAD and PLM applications.
- Troubleshoot application, installation, configuration, licensing, performance, and connectivity issues.
- Support CAD tools such as CATIA or similar platforms.
- Support PLM/PDM systems such ENOVIA/3DEXPERIENCE, or equivalent platforms.
- Manage user accounts, roles, access permissions, groups, and application configurations.
- Analyze application logs,



error messages, system behavior, and user-reported issues.
- Assist users with workflows related to CAD data management, check-in/check-out, revisions, releases, BOMs, change management, and document management.
- Monitor system performance and identify recurring technical problems.
- Create and maintain SOPs, knowledge articles, troubleshooting guides, and technical documentation.
- Track incidents and service requests using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar platforms.
- Participate in root-cause analysis and problem-management activities.

- Good understanding of engineering/CAD data, product data management and product lifecycle processes.
- Hands-on experience with these applications such as CATIA, ENOVIA, DELMIA, 3DEXPERIENCE.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, networking, databases, application servers, and system troubleshooting.
- Ability to analyze logs and troubleshoot application issues.
- Good incident-management and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM processes.
- Valuable communication and documentation skills.
