Job Description

Outpace Consulting is hiring a confident, energetic, and communication-oriented HR Trainer to train and develop recruitment interns. The candidate will be responsible for improving interns' communication skills, recruitment process knowledge, calling techniques, confidence, engagement, and overall performance.

Candidates from HR, Recruitment, Teaching, Counseling, Customer Service, BPO Training, Soft Skills Training, and Learning & Development backgrounds can apply. Freshers with excellent communication and presentation skills are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct induction, onboarding, and training sessions for recruitment interns.
- Train interns on the complete recruitment lifecycle, including job description understanding, candidate sourcing, screening, calling, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
- Improve spoken English, Hindi communication, grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary, and professional communication.
- Train interns on recruitment calling techniques, candidate engagement, objection handling, and interview scheduling.
- Conduct mock calls, role plays, group discussions, presentations, and communication exercises.
- Monitor intern performance, identify skill gaps, and provide individual coaching and feedback.
- Conduct call audits to evaluate communication quality, confidence, candidate handling, and professionalism.
- Organize interactive activities to maintain intern engagement, motivation, and participation.
- Prepare training materials,



presentations, recruitment scripts, assessments, and process documentation.
- Maintain attendance, training records, assessment scores, and performance reports.
- Coordinate with recruitment managers and team leaders to improve intern productivity and performance.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong presentation, public-speaking, and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence and the ability to engage and motivate groups.
- Good coaching, mentoring, and people-management abilities.
- Ability to conduct interactive training sessions and practical exercises.
- Strong listening, feedback, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes is preferred.
- Positive attitude, professional behavior, and a passion for teaching and developing people.

Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Candidates from HR, Recruitment, Teaching, Education, Counseling, Customer Service, BPO Training, Soft Skills Training, or Learning & Development backgrounds are preferred.
- Previous experience as a trainer is not mandatory for candidates with excellent communication skills and confidence.
- Candidates must be comfortable working from the office in Lucknow.
