Role Summary
We are looking for a Mobile Solutions Architect to lead the technical strategy and development of our cross-platform mobile applications. You will establish engineering standards, design scalable modular architectures, and govern codebases utilizing React Native and Flutter, while ensuring seamless native performance across iOS and Android.
Key Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and scale robust, clean architectures (MVVM, Clean Architecture) for multi-platform apps.
- Framework & Native Governance: Maintain and optimize core codebases in React Native and Flutter; build custom native bridges/modules to access platform-specific APIs when needed.
- Performance & Security: Optimize app startup times, rendering efficiency (60+ FPS), and enforce strict mobile security standards (OWASP MASVS, encryption, secure storage).
- CI/CD & Automation: Own the mobile DevOps pipeline (Fastlane, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) from automated testing to app store deployment and OTA updates.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of mobile architecture experience (10+ years overall) shipping high-traffic cross-platform apps (1M+ users).
- Frameworks: Expert knowledge of React Native (TypeScript) or Flutter (Dart), and robust native development skills in Swift (iOS) and Kotlin (Android).
- Lifecycle Depth: Deep understanding of native OS lifecycles, memory management, background services, and offline-first data synchronization.
- DevOps: Proven hands-on experience managing App Store and Google Play console releases.
