About the Role

Brightsun Travel is looking for a creative, trend-aware Social Media & Influencer Marketing Specialist who understands how to build engaging social media presence and turn travel inspiration into audience engagement.

The candidate should have a strong understanding of Instagram, short-form video, content trends and influencer collaborations. This is a hands-on role for someone who can plan, create, coordinate and execute social media contentnot just manage calendars.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute social media content calendars across Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
- Create and coordinate engaging Reels, Stories, posts, carousels and short-form videos.
- Stay updated on emerging social media trends, formats, audio, content styles and audience behaviour.
- Identify relevant travel influencers and creators; manage outreach, collaborations, deliverables and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign ideas, destination promotions, holiday packages and seasonal content.
- Develop engaging captions, hooks and content concepts that encourage audience interaction.




- Track engagement, reach, views, follower growth and other relevant social media metrics.
- Review content performance and use insights to improve future campaigns.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2-5 years of hands-on social media marketing experience.
- Strong practical understanding of Instagram, Reels, Stories and current content trends.
- Experience managing social media accounts and executing content consistently.
- Strong influencer discovery, outreach and collaboration-management skills.
- Valuable understanding of content planning, audience engagement and social media analytics.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Content writing and caption-writing ability will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, hotels or holiday packages.
- Experience managing a high-quality Instagram account or working with established creators.
