Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Search and screen profiles through job portals and other sourcing channels.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Communicate with candidates regarding job opportunities and interview schedules.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.




- Support the HR team in daily recruitment activities.

Candidate Requirements

- MBA in HR is mandatory.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in both Hindi and English.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and candidate screening is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn.
- Candidates willing to work from the Rudrapur office.
