Are you a travel expert with strong GDS knowledge and hands-on airline ticketing experience? Join our team and work on complex travel operations across domestic and international routes.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduation is Mandatory
- Minimum 2+ Years of Hardcore GDS Experience (Mandatory)
- Hands-on experience on GDS softwares
- Excellent communication skills
- Immediate joiners preferred

Domestic & International Flight Ticketing

Fare Calculation & Fare Construction

PNR Creation & Management

Ticket Reissue & Revalidation

Full & Partial Refund Processing

Flight Cancellations & Schedule Changes

Ticket Exchanges & Modifications

MCO (Miscellaneous Charge Order) Handling

Queue Management

SSR & OSI Requests

Airline Rules & Fare Regulations

Ancillary Services (Seat Selection, Baggage, Meals, etc.)





Waiver Requests & Airline Coordination

End-to-End Reservation Management

Key Responsibilities

- Handle complex travel reservations and ticketing requests.
- Process reissues, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations accurately.
- Manage schedule changes and travel disruptions.
- Coordinate with airlines for waivers and special cases.
- Maintain high-quality customer service and productivity standards.
- Ensure adherence to SLA and quality parameters.

CompensationCTC Up to 50,000 per Month (Based on GDS expertise, relevant experience, and interview performance.)
