Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow.
- Handle accounting, taxation, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and cost analysis.
- Monitor manufacturing costs, inventory valuation, and profitability.
- Manage audits, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with auditors.
- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and financial reconciliations.
- Support management in financial decision-making and cost control.
Requirements:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Experience in a manufacturing company preferred.
- Solid knowledge of accounting, taxation, GST, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
