Job Title: Night Manager

Job Purpose

To ensure the smooth functioning of hospital operations during the night shift and provide proper coordination between all departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise the overall hospital operations during the night shift.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, security, housekeeping, and other departments.
- Ensure proper patient care and timely assistance in emergencies.
- Monitor patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
- Handle patient and attendant complaints professionally.
- Ensure hospital cleanliness, safety, and security.
- Maintain daily reports and hand over important updates to the morning team.
- Report any major incidents or issues to hospital management.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; hospital administration qualification preferred.
- Experience in hospital operations or administration preferred.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle emergencies and manage staff effectively.
