Role Description :This is a full-time, on-site Anesthesiologist role based at Dr. Shroff’s Charity Eye Hospital in Mohammadi,



Uttar Pradesh,The Anaesthesiologist will provide preoperative anaesthesia care for ophthalmic and related surgical procedures, including pre-anesthesia assessment, intraoperative management, and post-anaesthesia recovery.

Responsibilities include evaluating patient medical histories, planning anaesthesia techniques, monitoring vital signs, managing pain and sedation, and responding to preoperative emergencies. The role involves close collaboration with surgeons, nursing teams, and other clinical staff to ensure protected, effective, and patient-centered care in both paying and subsidized service settings. The Anaesthesiologist is also expected to participate in clinical quality improvement, adherence to safety protocols, and, where applicable, teaching and mentoring clinical trainees.

Required Qualification & Experience-

- Recognized medical degree (MBBS) and postgraduate qualification in Anesthesiology (MD/DNB/DA or equivalent), along with valid registration with the appropriate medical council.
