Department: Anaesthesia / Critical Care

Duty Hours: 12-hour shift

1. Eligibility

- MBBS with MD/DNB/Diploma in Anaesthesiology and valid MMC registration.
- Experience in anaesthesia, ICU management, and emergency care preferred.

1. Key Responsibilities

- Provide anaesthesia services for all surgeries conducted at the hospital, including cardiac and general surgical procedures, according to qualifications and competence.
- Assess all new admissions and patients presenting to casualty; initiate appropriate management and escalate critical cases to the concerned consultant.
- Conduct regular rounds of ward and ICU patients, monitor clinical status, and coordinate treatment with consultants.

1. Supervision and Training

- Supervise and guide RMOs in patient management, clinical documentation,



and emergency response.
- Train junior doctors and nursing staff in emergency management, airway management, basic life support, and critical care practices.
- Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, patient safety practices, and NABH standards.

1. Skills Required

- Competence in anaesthesia, airway management, and ventilator management.
- Ability to assess emergencies and manage critically ill patients.
- Solid clinical judgment, communication, and team leadership skills.

1. Employment Terms

- Duty: 12-hour shift, as per the hospital roster.
- Salary: To be discussed during the interview.
- Reporting to: Medical Director / Medical Superintendent.

Pay: From ₹100,000.00 per month
