Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and responsible MIS Executive to manage business data, prepare reports, maintain dashboards, and support management in tracking business performance. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel skills, excellent data management abilities, and the capability to coordinate with multiple departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

1. MIS Reporting & Data Management

* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

* Collect, compile, verify, and maintain data from different departments.

* Maintain accurate records of business activities, targets, and achievements.

* Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of reports.

* Identify discrepancies and resolve data-related issues.

2. Excel & Dashboard Management

* Create and maintain Excel sheets, dashboards, trackers, and performance reports.

* Use advanced Excel functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS, and COUNTIFS.

* Develop automated reports to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.

* Maintain Google Sheets and other reporting tools as required.

* Present complex data in a clear and easy-to-understand format.

3. Sales Performance & Business Tracking

* Monitor sales team performance, targets, achievements, and productivity.

* Track leads, follow-ups, conversions, and sales progress.

* Prepare target-versus-achievement reports for management review.





* Maintain department-wise performance trackers and business data.

* Highlight performance gaps and provide relevant data insights to management.

4. Departmental Coordination

* Coordinate with Sales, HR, Operations, Accounts, and other departments for data collection.

* Follow up with department heads and team members for pending reports and updates.

* Ensure all departments submit accurate information within defined timelines.

* Communicate reporting requirements and maintain standardized reporting formats.

* Support management in monitoring departmental activities and performance.

5. Reporting, Analysis & Documentation

* Prepare management reports, summaries, and presentations.

* Maintain proper documentation of reports, trackers, and historical data.

* Analyze business trends and identify discrepancies or areas for improvement.

* Ensure data confidentiality and controlled access to business information.

* Support management in decision-making through accurate reports and data analysis.

*Required Skills & Qualifications*

* Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, IT, or a related field.

* 14 years of relevant experience in MIS reporting, data management, or reporting analysis preferred.

* Strong knowledge of Advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

* Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

* Good attention to detail and data accuracy.

* Strong coordination, communication, and time-management skills.

* Knowledge of Power BI and dashboard automation will be an added advantage.

* Experience in real estate, sales, or service-based organizations will be preferred.
