Key Responsibilities

- Field Supervision (90%): Conduct regular site visits and monitor manpower deployment and daily operations at client locations.

- Manpower Management: Manage security guards and other deployed personnel, ensuring discipline, punctuality, and proper duty performance.

- Attendance Management: Collect, verify, and maintain daily attendance records of deployed manpower across different sites.

- Supervision of Site Supervisors: Monitor and supervise site supervisors and office supervisors to ensure smooth operations and proper reporting.

- Performance Monitoring: Ensure site supervisors are performing their duties effectively and address operational issues promptly.

- Manpower Deployment:



Ensure adequate manpower availability at all assigned sites and coordinate replacements in case of absenteeism.

- Reporting & Coordination: Submit daily field reports and coordinate with the Operations and HR teams regarding attendance, manpower shortages, and site-related issues.

- Client Coordination: Visit client locations, address operational concerns, and maintain effective communication with client representatives.

- Compliance & Discipline: Ensure adherence to company policies, client instructions, and operational standards.Role & responsibilities
