1. Site Execution of all the Civil works associated Solar Project as per Budgeted Cost, Defined Scope & within Schedule.
2. Ensure Quality Standards & meeting HSE Plan during execution of Civil Works of the Project.
3. Should be well versed with Civil Construction/Planning/Scheduling/Control & Monitoring/Contracting/Vendor Billing, involved in the Utility Scale Solar PV Power Plant namely, Site Survey, Roads & Drains, Boundary Wall, Pilling, Pre-Fab/RCC Buildings, Equipment Foundations, Trenching, MMS Erection etc. including basic knowledge of Cost and Engineering.
4. Handle Multiple Civil Contractors through a team of Supervisors as per approved civil Construction Drawings/Scope/BoQ/Specification with minimum cost overuns.
5. Prepare Progress Reports and regularly interacting with Site Incharge and Supervisors/Contractors for meeting the Construction Targets.
