About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate to manage warehouse operations, inventory control, order fulfillment, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in warehouse processes, inventory management, and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure smooth order processing.
- Monitor inbound and outbound shipments and coordinate with logistics partners.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock reconciliation and cycle counts.
- Track stock movement, damages, returns, and discrepancies.
- Ensure timely order fulfillment and dispatch as per SLA requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and internal teams for operational efficiency.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports, inventory reports, and MIS.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance warehouse productivity.




- Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards and operational guidelines.
- Support audits and documentation related to inventory and warehouse operations.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Commerce, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse processes and inventory control techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and warehouse/inventory management systems.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with e-commerce, retail, fashion, or consumer goods businesses.
- Familiarity with ERP/WMS platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Data analysis and reporting capabilities.
