- Achieve daily/shift production plan and Analyse production losses and implement improvement actions.
- Coordinate manpower allocation to meet production requirements.
- Valuable process knowledge of vehicle Assembly process and Line balancing by MOST
- Monitor quality defects and Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance teams on customer and in-process issues.
- Ensure adherence to work instructions and standard operations.
- Monitor unsafe conditions and behaviors; implement corrective actions.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to emergency procedures.
- Investigate and report accidents, near misses, and safety incidents.
- Manage team leaders, supervisors, and operators and Monitor attendance, discipline, and workforce performance.
- Drive employee engagement and continuous improvement culture.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for breakdown resolution.
- Reduce rework, scrap, and production losses.
- Lead Kaizen, 5S, and Lean Manufacturing activities.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and improvement plans.
