About the Role

Brightsun Travel is looking for a PR, Communications and Brand professional who can support the companys PR, media relations, brand communication and content initiatives.

The candidate should be organised, articulate and comfortable coordinating with PR agencies, media contacts, internal stakeholders and external partners. The role requires strong follow-through, writing ability and the capability to manage multiple communication activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate PR activities with external agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Support media outreach, press communication and publication coordination.
- Follow through on PR plans, media opportunities, coverage and campaign deliverables.
- Research relevant industry awards, recognitions and opportunities for participation.
- Coordinate award nominations, submissions, supporting information and deadlines.
- Draft, edit and proofread press releases, articles, announcements, profiles and other communication material.
- Support corporate communication,



brand storytelling and content initiatives.
- Coordinate communication requirements for company milestones, campaigns and business announcements.
- Maintain PR calendars, media lists, coverage records and activity reports.
- Support CSR communication and related initiatives, where required.

Required Skills & Experience

- Ideally 36 years of experience in PR, communications, content or a related role.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to draft, edit and proofread professional communication.
- Experience coordinating with PR agencies, media contacts or external stakeholders.
- Strong research, follow-up and project coordination skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and multiple communication activities.
- Good understanding of brand communication and media relations.
