Role Summary

- Develop and implement strategies to grow the agent network and increase per-agent productivity
- Analyze agent performance data (activation, persistency, ticket size, conversion) and turn it into actionable plans
- Identify untapped markets, segments, and geographies for agent expansion
- Run pilots, evaluate results, and scale what works
- Gather field feedback and use it to improve processes
- Track competitor agency models, commissions, and market trends

D Key Result Areas

MIS & Dashboard Management

Build dashboards and MIS to track channel KPIs, and present insights to leadership

Monitor key metrics, trends, and performance indicators

AI & Creative Content Development

Utilize AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Canva AI, etc.) to create creatives, Communication campaigns, Surveys and questionnaires, Distributor engagement contents

Tech-savvy with expertise in AV creation, editing, content merging, and AI-based creative development.

Stakeholder Management

Act as a key liaison between Field Teams, Regional Teams, and Head Office (HO).

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to drive MDRT initiatives and ensure timely execution

Track action items, follow-ups, and project deliverables across functions





Maintain regular contact with branch and sales teams to keep the program on track

Program Coordination

Support strategic drive, recognition programs, and engagement initiatives

Coordinate with business teams for campaign launches and execution.

Maintain trackers and monitor project progress against timelines.

Qualification

- Understanding of insurance products, commissions, and regulatory norms (IRDAI) is a strong advantage

Experience

- 3-5 years in insurance or financial services sales, agency development or agent training
- Good communication and presentation skills
