Roles & Responsibilities:

Daily Dispatch Planning

Truck arrangement of Domestic and Nepal

Billing of old vehicles to Maintaining the FIFO and sharing the report with all seniors

Truck Allocate

Create Shipment, change shipment

Order Punching in SAP. In any day, if HO team on holiday

Invoiced Chassis updating in Vahan PortalInvoicing of Deemed Export & Nepal, Cop, R & D

Yard Management of FG stock

SRN Activity on account of Dealer return and COP vehicles

Responding the quarries of Dealers to achieve Dealers satisfaction.

In case of recent product lunching doing close Co-ordination with Sales, R&D;, CME and other concern Department to ensure successful lunching and product get set in the market.

Coordinate to RM & ZM to support them on account of urgent vehicle billing, changing the order as per requirement & Dispatch

Find out 3 months old vehicles and co-ordinate with Assembly & QA team for refurbishment after washing the vehicles.

Doing system billing apart from regular billing to maintain the FIFO and completing the target in short span of time in month end.
