Education
Key Responsibilities & Skill Set:
•
Desktop Hardware & Operating System Support: Diagnostic and hands-on troubleshooting
of desktop PCs, laptops, and peripherals across Head Office and Branch locations; installation
and maintenance of Windows OS and essential banking software applications.
Peripheral & Printer Maintenance: Hardware troubleshooting, driver configuration, and basic
maintenance/repair of printers, scanners,



and passbook printing machines.
Network & Connectivity Fundamentals: Basic practical understanding of LAN/WAN setup, IP
configuration, Ethernet cabling, and general familiarity with network devices (Routers, L2/L3
Switches, and Firewalls).
Endpoint Security: Fundamental understanding of Enterprise Endpoint Detection & Response
(EDR) / Antivirus software, patch updates, and local machine security compliance.
Audit & Compliance Adherence: Ensuring local desktop setup, security agent installations,
and OS patches comply with internal bank security policies and RBI audit guidelines.
Branch Operations Support: On-site field visits and travel to branch offices for hardware
maintenance, PC rollouts, and direct user issue resolution.

(*) Written exam will be conducted at Solapur city only.
