Job Role:

- Design and develop packaging artwork for Bed & Bath product categories.
- Create marketing communication materials including brochures, catalogues, digital creatives, and promotional campaigns.
- Develop POS (Point of Sale) communication and retail branding assets.
- Ensure consistency of brand identity across all communication platforms.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and category teams to understand business requirements and consumer preferences.
- Incorporate market trends, consumer insights, and competitive benchmarks into design solutions.
- Create visually engaging presentations, mock-ups, and design concepts for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage design projects from concept development to final artwork and production.

Required Skills & Competencies





- Strong aesthetic sense with a keen eye for design, color, typography, layouts, and graphics.
- Excellent visual communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Working knowledge of AI tools, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and related design technologies.
- Ability to translate brand guidelines into impactful and consumer-centric creative outputs.
- Understanding of print production processes, packaging design, and artwork adaptation.
- Robust attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
