Key Responsibilities

- Implement, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Plan, conduct, and document internal quality audits to ensure compliance with applicable standards and organizational procedures.
- Ensure adherence to relevant ISO standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO/IEC 27001, as applicable to the organization.
- Identify, document, and track Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and ensure timely closure of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and facilitate 8D problem-solving to address recurring issues and prevent their reoccurrence.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve audit findings, process deviations, and compliance gaps.
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation, audit reports, procedures, work instructions, and records.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports, and present quality performance data to management.
- Support risk assessments and ensure compliance with Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) requirements.




- Track audit observations, corrective action effectiveness, and closure timelines.
- Promote continual improvement, process standardization, and quality awareness across departments.
- Support external audits, certification audits, and customer audits, as required.

Required Skills and Competencies

- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Quality Assurance (QA).
- Certified Internal Auditor with practical experience in conducting internal audits.
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO/IEC 27001.
- Hands-on experience with NCR, CAPA, RCA, and 8D problem-solving methodologies.
- Experience in MIS reporting, KPI monitoring, and quality documentation.
- Knowledge of risk assessment, compliance management, and EHS requirements.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
