- Drive PAN India Project Sales for LED lighting solutions.
- Handle Outdoor, Indoor, Architectural & Faade Lighting projects.
- Develop business from Government, Railway, CPWD/PWD, NBCC, AAI, MES, PSU and Institutional Projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Consultants, Architects, Contractors, Dealers and Project Authorities.
- Identify upcoming projects and generate new business opportunities.
- Drive Product Specification, Make Approval and Product Listing with relevant departments/consultants.
- Manage the complete project sales cycle from lead generation, enquiry and quotation to negotiation, order booking and project execution.
- Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Projects and Operations teams for samples, approvals, technical requirements and timely delivery.
- Achieve sales targets while ensuring profitable business and timely project closure.
- Maintain project pipeline, sales forecast, customer feedback and regular MIS.

Desired profile of the candidate :

- 6 to 9 years of experience in LED Lighting / Electrical Project Sales.
- Strong experience in Government, Institutional & Infrastructure Projects.
- Positive network with Government Departments, Railways, CPWD/PWD, NBCC, AAI, MES, PSUs,



Consultants and Contractors.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Good understanding of project-based sales, tender, specification and approval processes.
- Willingness to travel PAN India as required.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates from LED Lighting / Electrical / Lighting Solution companies with experience in project business will be preferred.

Experience with companies such as Syska LED, Philips/Signify, Havells, Wipro Lighting, Bajaj Electricals, Jaquar Lighting, Surya, Crompton, Orient Electric or similar lighting/electrical organizations will be an added advantage.
