Qualifications: MBA/PGDM - HR Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day HR Operations at the customer location.
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave and HR MIS.
- Support employee engagement and grievance handling.
- Coordinate with employees, customer stakeholders and internal HR teams.
- Support recruitment and manpower requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and processes.
- Handle employee records and HR-related reports.
Desired Profile:
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience in HR Operations and Employee Relations.
- Willingness to work from KIA, Anantapur customer location.
