1. Sales & Business Development

* Promote and sell the companys portfolio of IVD and Point-of-Care diagnostic products.

* Identify and develop recent customers across hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, clinics, specialty healthcare centres, and other relevant healthcare institutions.

* Generate leads, conduct customer visits, arrange product demonstrations, and convert opportunities into sales.

* Achieve agreed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

2. Territory & Market Development

* Develop assigned territories through systematic market mapping and customer identification.

* Build strong relationships with doctors, laboratory professionals, hospital administrators, purchase departments, and other decision-makers.

* Identify potential distributors, channel partners, and institutional customers.

* Monitor competitor activities, market trends, customer requirements, and emerging opportunities.

3. Customer Engagement & Product Promotion

* Understand the clinical and operational benefits of the products and communicate their value effectively.

* Coordinate product demonstrations, evaluations, and customer training.





* Follow up on customer enquiries, quotations, purchase orders, and product installations.

* Support customers in coordination with the companys technical and service teams.

4. Sales Planning & Reporting

* Prepare weekly travel plans and customer visit schedules.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales opportunities, and follow-up activities.

* Submit periodic sales reports, sales forecasts, and market feedback.

* Take ownership of sales performance and business growth in the assigned territory.Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate or Postgraduate in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Sciences, or related disciplines.

* Candidates with relevant experience in medical diagnostics, laboratory products, IVD, medical devices, or healthcare sales will be preferred.

* Candidates from other educational backgrounds with strong relevant sales experience may also be considered.
