Key Responsibilities

1. Sourcing & Pipeline Building

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking.

- Build and maintain a robust pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

- Conduct market mapping to identify talent availability.

2. Screening & Shortlisting

- Review resumes to evaluate candidates qualifications and experience.

- Conduct telephonic/virtual screening interviews.

- Share shortlisted profiles with hiring managers with complete evaluation notes.

3. Interview Coordination

- Schedule interviews with hiring panels and ensure smooth coordination.

- Follow up with candidates and hiring managers for timely feedback.

- Manage the interview process to ensure quick closures.

4. Selection & Offer Closure

- Conduct HR rounds and evaluate candidate fitment.

- Discuss salary expectations and negotiate compensation within budget.

- Prepare and issue offers and follow up until candidate acceptance.

5. Tracking & Reporting

- Maintain recruitment tracker, dashboards, and daily/weekly reports.

- Monitor hiring metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness, and offer-to-join ratio.
