Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Lead with a strong foundation in Java, microservices, and Spring Boot. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust software solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Java programming and a passion for developing high-quality software that meets business needs.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the software development team in the design, development, and deployment of applications using Java, microservices, and Spring Boot.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to best practices.
- Mentor and guide team members in technical skills and career development.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the overall software design.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges and roadblocks in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the team.




- Facilitate agile ceremonies and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Mandatory Skills:

- Strong proficiency in Java programming language.
- Extensive experience with microservices architecture.
- Proficient in using Spring Boot for application development.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
- Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of database technologies, both SQL and NoSQL.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Java or software development methodologies are a plus.
- Proven track record of leading software development projects successfully.
