Roles & Responsibilities:

- Execute Process Planning and standard time calculation (by time study/ estimation/ MOST) for manual and machining operations.
- Analyse MIS and initiate Process improvement.
- Analyse orders status in APC for on time delivery improvement.
- Prepare process routings for new material & aggregates as per timeline.
- Responsible for Layout development for Lean mfg. Multi-tasking and skill elimination.
- Prepare marginal analysis and capacity calculation for plant.
- Identify Waste & eliminate in existing process.
- Cost reduction program in sub-contracting and logistic service.
- Prepare Standard work instruction and process for all product.




- Responsible for selection of current equipment for required process.

Defined competencies:

- Knowledge of Tool-Engineering,
- Knowledge of Machining Processes, setup activities,
- Knowledge of Auto CAD.
- Knowledge of manufacturing process for engineering industry
- Knowledge of SAP-PP Module and MS Office
