Key Responsibilities:





Job Description:

- Build and maintain robust relationships with key customers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Gather and report market insights and feedback to help inform product development and marketing strategies
- Collect and verify all necessary documents including KYC, vehicle documents, and guarantor details to ensure compliance.
- Conduct regular visits to both customers and guarantors to assess their financial stability and strengthen relationships.
- Visit transport offices regularly to engage with potential clients, gather insights, and identify new business opportunities.
