The Role

We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Amazon Ads Executive to manage, optimize, and scale client accounts across Seller Central and the Amazon Advertising Console. Working directly with Murtaza, you will own day-to-day campaign execution, search term isolation, bid adjustments, promotional planning (Coupons, Prime Exclusive Discounts, and tentpole events like BFCM), and diagnostic account audits.

What You’ll Do

- End-to-End Campaign Management: Build, structure, and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands ( Headline & Video), and Sponsored Display campaigns across multiple ASINs and marketplaces.
- Keyword Harvesting & Bid Optimization: Continuously mine Search Term Reports to scale high-converting targets into exact-match campaigns, apply negative keywords/ASINs to stop bleed, and fine-tune bids by placement (Top of Search vs. Product Pages).
- Promotions & Tentpole Event Execution: Plan and coordinate promotional strategies—including Deals, Coupons, and Prime Exclusive Discounts—ensuring strict compliance with Amazon submission deadlines and pricing rules ahead of peak events like Prime Day, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday (BFCM).
- Account Audits & Diagnostics: Audit new and prospective Amazon accounts to uncover wasted ad spend, cannibalized brand terms, poor campaign segmentation, and suppressed or unoptimized product listings.
- Catalog & Retail Readiness Checks: Monitor listing health, Buy Box win rates, inventory levels, and A+ Content/Brand Store alignment to ensure ad traffic only goes to retail-ready ASINs.
- Reporting & Profitability Tracking: Track key marketplace metrics—ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CPC, CVR, and New-to-Brand (NTB)



sales—and translate weekly/monthly performance data into clear action items.

What We’re Looking For
- Hands-On Amazon PPC Experience: 1–3 years of dedicated experience managing Amazon Ads in North American (US/CA), UK/EU, or global marketplaces via Seller Central / Advertising Console.
- Granular Structural Knowledge: You understand single-keyword campaigns, ASIN/category targeting, offensive vs. defensive product targeting, and how paid velocity impacts organic BSR and keyword ranking.
- Spreadsheet & Bulk Operations Fluency: Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, bulk file edits) to analyze and update large campaign structures efficiently.
- Retail Math Mastery: You clearly understand unit economics, profit margins, break-even ACOS, and how promotional discounts (coupons/deals) impact overall profitability and reference price rules.
- Transparent Communication: Strong written English to document optimization logs, audit findings, and strategy notes clearly.

Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience with Amazon Brand Analytics (Search Query Performance, Market Basket Analysis) to inform PPC strategy.
- Working familiarity with Google Ads (Search/Shopping) or driving external traffic to Amazon via Amazon Attribution.
- Experience with third-party Amazon research and analytics tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout).
