Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect (AI Solutions) to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-grade AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in AI feasibility assessment, solution architecture, backend engineering, cloud-native systems, and distributed application design. This role requires hands-on technical leadership, driving end-to-end AI solution delivery while ensuring scalability, security, performance, and integration across enterprise platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of AI/ML-powered enterprise solutions from concept to production.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and maintainable AI-enabled technology architectures.

- Define and govern architecture standards, frameworks, and best practices across development teams.

- Design and implement microservices-based and distributed system architectures.

- Architect API-first solutions and integrate third-party AI/ML platforms, services, and enterprise applications.

- Drive AI feasibility studies, technology evaluations, and solution design decisions.

- Provide technical leadership throughout the solution lifecycle, including development, deployment, and optimization.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to deliver AI initiatives.

- Design and optimize backend services using Node.js and related technologies.

- Develop integration strategies across cloud platforms, enterprise applications,



and data ecosystems.

- Implement scalable data storage solutions using NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc.) and relational databases such as PostgreSQL.

- Define event-driven architecture patterns and messaging solutions using Kafka or similar technologies.

- Ensure system reliability through observability, logging, monitoring, security, and fault-tolerance strategies.

- Conduct architecture reviews, technical assessments, code reviews, and governance activities.

- Mentor engineering teams and provide guidance on performance optimization, scalability, and best engineering practices.

- Contribute hands-on to critical architecture and development activities when required.

Mandatory Skills

- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or technical architecture roles.

- Strong expertise in AI/ML solution architecture and end-to-end implementation ownership.

- Experience designing and deploying enterprise-scale AI-enabled applications.

- Hands-on experience with Node.js backend architecture and development.

- Strong expertise in Microservices Architecture and distributed systems design.

- Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, DynamoDB, Cassandra,



or similar.

- Experience with Relational Databases such as PostgreSQL.

- Robust understanding of API design, API Gateway, RESTful services, and system integrations.

- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

- Expertise in architecture governance, scalability planning, and solution reviews.

- Strong knowledge of security, authentication, authorization, and enterprise-grade application architecture.

- Experience designing highly available, fault-tolerant, and scalable systems.

- Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience integrating Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, or Conversational AI solutions.

- Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, or similar technologies.

- Experience with event streaming platforms such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or AWS EventBridge.

- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

- Experience with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment strategies.

- Exposure to data engineering, data pipelines, and big data technologies.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum product development environments.

- Cloud architecture certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP) are an added advantage.

- TOGAF, Solution Architect, or Enterprise Architect certifications preferred.

- Strong experience in AI strategy, innovation initiatives, and emerging technology adoption.
