About the Role

We are hiring an energetic, tech-driven AI Content Creator & Social Media Specialist to lead social media creative output across YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook. This role is ideal for a rapid-moving creative who actively leverages AI generation tools to produce high-impact short-form videos, posters, and engaging regional content.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, generate, and edit social media content (Reels, Shorts, carousels, and single-image graphics) tailored for YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.

Utilize generative AI video tools to script, generate, and edit dynamic video content.

Design polished promotional posters, flyers, and digital creatives.

Write engaging, clear copy, captions, and scripts fluently in both English and Malayalam.

Assist with WhatsApp marketing workflows and customer communication automation.

Maintain quick turnaround times for trending formats, client campaigns, and daily posting schedules.

Requirements & Skills:





Language Proficiency: Fluent in Malayalam and English (spoken and written) is mandatory. Knowledge of Tamil or Hindi is a strong advantage.

AI Tool Competency: Hands-on experience with modern AI media generators (e.g., Midjourney, Canva AI, Runway, HeyGen, InVideo, ElevenLabs, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.).

Design & Editing Skills: Solid eye for composition, typography, and basic graphic editing (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro/CapCut, or equivalent).

Mindset: Quick responder, proactive communicator, and an eager learner ready to adopt new automation and AI workflows.

Certifications: Any formal certification or coursework in AI tools, digital marketing, or multimedia design is a major plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
