Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI/.NET Engineer with expertise in C#/.NET, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Azure OpenAI, and Python. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions leveraging modern cloud-native architectures and GenAI frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop scalable applications using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and Microservices Architecture.

- Build and implement Generative AI solutions using OpenAI/Azure OpenAI Services.

- Develop RAG-based applications integrating LLMs with enterprise knowledge repositories.

- Build AI workflows using LangChain, LlamaIndex, prompt engineering, and agent frameworks.

- Implement and manage Vector Databases for semantic search and knowledge retrieval.

- Develop APIs and AI services using Python, FastAPI, or Flask.

- Integrate AI solutions with Azure AI Services and Azure AI Search.

- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to identify AI use cases and deliver production-ready solutions.

- Ensure AI model governance, monitoring, performance optimization, and responsible AI practices.

- Drive best practices for MLOps/LLMOps, CI/CD, automation, and deployment strategies.

- Implement AI security controls including data privacy, model security, prompt injection protection, and compliance requirements.

Primary Skills (Must Have)





- Strong experience in C#/.NET Core, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs

- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG Architecture

- Experience with OpenAI / Azure OpenAI Services

- Expertise in LangChain and/or LlamaIndex

- Experience with Vector Databases (Pinecone, Azure AI Search, ChromaDB, Weaviate, Milvus, FAISS)

- Strong programming experience in Python

- Experience designing AI solutions for enterprise applications

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or related field.

- Robust understanding of AI/ML lifecycle and modern application architecture.

- Experience building and deploying cloud-native applications on Azure.

- Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

- Experience with AI Agents, Multi-Agent Frameworks, and Autonomous Workflows.

- Experience with GraphRAG, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar AI frameworks.

- Knowledge of Healthcare, BFSI, Retail, or other enterprise domains.

- AI certifications in Azure AI, OpenAI, or Cloud Technologies.
